Just a tiny plugin that adds a pause after a ‘show choice’ list is displayed where the player cannot select a choice. The idea for this is to prevent players from accidentally selecting the first choice if they are pressing the action button too quickly through messages.

Hi Galv, thanks for your plugins! I don’t know if this is intentional, but the pause is in effect only with keyboard input; you can still use the mouse to click on a choice immediately.
Not planning on adding the function for mouse, sorry.
Hey Galv, thanks for the plugin, but I need the same pause between text messages. I hate the messages skiping when I’m holding the ok button. This is exactly what I need, but for messages(like pokemon and all the gbc games. It’s possible?
Basically prevent you from continuing to the next message if you are holding the button, continuing only if you press “ok” again.
It is possible but I’m currently super busy – I recommend requesting in a forum for this functionality
